These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Haven AI's voice-based AI coaching service ("Service") operated by Haven AI ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

Haven AI provides a voice-based AI coaching service designed to help freelancers and independent professionals with personal and professional development through guided conversations with an AI guide named Ariel.

2. Eligibility

To use Haven AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Have received a valid invitation code during our beta period (if applicable)

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or abuse others
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Fair Use Policy

Haven AI offers unlimited coaching sessions to support your professional growth. To ensure quality service for all users, this unlimited access is intended for reasonable personal use.

What This Means

• Use Haven AI for your own professional development
• Engage in genuine coaching conversations with Ariel
• There are no hard session limits for normal coaching engagement

What We May Review

• Automated or scripted usage patterns
• Sharing account access with multiple people
• Usage patterns that significantly exceed typical coaching engagement
• Activity that suggests the Service is being used for purposes other than personal coaching

We reserve the right to modify service access or terminate accounts that violate this Fair Use Policy. Typical coaching usage—even daily sessions during intensive periods—is welcome and expected.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and content, is owned by Haven AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide during conversations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated responses are for informational and coaching purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVEN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on AI responses
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Haven AI.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
